what is up you guys I hope you're having a great day today I want to show you what it is like to live in BridgeMill in Canton Georgia I'm standing in front of one of the many signs right now because this neighborhood is huge and it has to be to contain all of the luxury upscale houses with Incredible features that they have here in BridgeMill if you're looking for a home anywhere between around 600,000 and well over a million this is going to be a place that is going to show up on your home search so I want you to know what it's really like to live there with top-notch tennis facilities pickle ball courts Golf Course access you name it Bridgemill has one of the best amenity packages in Kon Georgia as well as very low HOA fees if you are not looking to participate in those amenities so you've got the best of both worlds if you are looking for luxury in Canton Georgia you should absolutely consider BridgeMill let's go ahead and take a tour when it comes to the homes in Bridgemill we felt this one was very representative of the classic Bridgemill style let's go ahead and jump right in from the moment you step foot in this house the first thing you'll notice is just how much beautiful natural light there is then you'll fall in love with this gorgeous fireplace and the open concept style of the living room to the upgraded kitchen make sure you see those two double up so if you're a chef you're ready to fall in love you've got this great guest bedroom with full bath right on the main level and then you have an attached two-car garage although there is another garage that you can't see there so it is a total of a three car garage so feel free to bring your toys and all of your cars uh then you've got this great separate dining room I love that Chandelier and the bay windows here and I love the French doors going into this office as well it's such a great space and I again just love all the natural light that's coming in there when you go upstairs you've got this beautiful oversized master bedroom again note all of the windows and this great additional sitting area as you go into the bathroom which features dual vanities as well as a soaking whirl poool tub and separate shower plus I love the custom shelving they did in that closet and that the toilet is a tucked away one just for privacy as you go through this bedroom you'll go back out into the Hall where you have three other bedrooms still on this floor first you have this secondary bedroom which has this great separate sitting room as well you can just tell this home has so much space and I love that it has an attached full bath as well so it's great as another guest room or a kids room or anything you could want it to be look at that closet space on a secondary you just don't see that nearly often enough almost every closet on these bedrooms is a walk-in I love that they put this beautiful upgraded laundry featuring utility sink on the same floor as all the bedrooms plus you've got another great size bedroom with a Jack and Jill full bath into this other bedroom so again note how spacious all of these are I'm even going to pop this Closet open for you look how huge that closet is there are so many storage options there's so much square footage going on in this house I'm telling you it is so great if you have just been looking for more space so what do you guys think of BridgeMill what questions do you have that I can answer would you consider moving there very curious to hear if brid Mill is a great P for you and I would love to answer any questions you have let me know how I can help and let's go ahead and find you guys at home
