I moved into my new home in Cartersville on April first and I owe a great part and much thanks to Kate. It was a two year process, moving from California and during that time, while I was across country, Kate would check with me at least once a month to see how things were going. Kate and Eric are a phenomenal team. We downsized, and had clear goals around how much we had to sell for, how much less we had to buy for, and some pretty hard to find items (like room for an art studio!).
