PoBoys Car Club Final Cruise-In of 2026 – Canton GA Oct 17

Canton's beloved PoBoys Car Club wraps up 2026 with their final cruise-in October 17th at Riverstone Plaza. Handmade trophies, spectator voting, and all proceeds stay local.
Canton's Favorite Cruise-In Returns for One Last Show
If you haven't made it out to a PoBoys Car Club cruise-in yet this year, October 17th is your final chance. The club's last gathering of 2026 takes place Saturday afternoon at Riverstone Plaza, where hundreds of classic cars, hot rods, trucks, and motorcycles will fill the parking lot one more time before the season wraps.
PoBoys has been a Canton tradition since 1979, and their monthly cruise-ins—held every third Saturday from March through October—have become one of North Georgia's most popular car events. Riverstone Plaza, located at 1447 Riverstone Parkway, hosts the event rain or shine from 1:00 PM until about 5:00 PM.
What Makes PoBoys Different
This isn't your typical judged car show. PoBoys does things a little differently, and car enthusiasts love them for it. Instead of traditional categories and expert judges, the club awards a Spectator's Choice trophy and a Youth Choice trophy—meaning the crowd picks the winners. Even better, those trophies are handmade from actual car parts, giving them character you won't find anywhere else.
Entry is just $5 per vehicle (or a heartfelt donation), and spectators get in free. The club welcomes anything on wheels: vintage classics, modern muscle, trucks, Jeeps, motorcycles, even daily drivers. Turnout typically ranges from 200 to 400 cars depending on weather, though the event has drawn 600 or more in past years.
Supporting Cherokee County Charities
PoBoys Car Club operates as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and every dollar raised at their cruise-ins stays right here in Cherokee County. The club supports local charities including Empower Cherokee and the "Every Kid Deserves a Christmas" program, a collaborative effort with Cherokee Shriners and Hickory Flat Masonic Lodge.
It's a feel-good event in every sense—car lovers gather to admire beautiful rides, families enjoy a free afternoon out, and the whole thing supports neighbors in need. If you've been curious about what your home is worth here in Canton or are simply exploring everything our community has to offer, events like this one show what makes Cherokee County special.
Plan Your Visit
Riverstone Plaza is easy to find just off Riverstone Parkway, anchored by Publix and offering plenty of parking and nearby dining if you want to make an afternoon of it. The October 17th event runs from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, so plan to arrive anytime during that window. Bring the family, bring your camera, and if you've got a show-worthy ride, bring that too.
